Eventually (after four mediations and the full briefing of a motion for class certification with declarations from dozens of employees about how they were denied 30 minute meal breaks and 10 minute rest breaks by managers who did not know or were indifferent to the law), the lawsuit settled in 2013 for $475,000.

The Trump National Golf Club lawsuit also resulted in substantial evidence showing how Donald Trump discriminated against his female employees (but not male employees) based on their age, looks and weight.  This resulted in considerable news coverage.
